We are all conversant with the saying... "when the student is ready, the teacher appears".. There is no fast rule...or manual that will get you to get into contact with your guides... because your guides...spirit or animal spirit...angels are always with you... The easiest way is to Ask...Ask your guide...Angels... Use a salutation you are comfortable with simple and from your heart... what you really feel... what you truly know in truth why you are asking .... is it for guidance... or just to know...curiosity...find the truth within you and that opens up the connection... The first aspect one has to release from the self is fear... and be open ... without influencing the connection with your own expectation....When one is in prayer... one does not sit putting into answer what God is going to answer.. or how....same with Asking for communion with the Higher aspect in all that you choose to believe that It be... for It Is......
First....ask yourself what is the reason you are choosing to call forth the guide.
Understand that there are so many ways in which one can create the atmosphere they think guides, angels and god requires to give you audience.
The truth is there is no requirement at all...
All you need is what you want...to experience.
You have to be relaxed...a calm state of being is required...
A quite space where you are undisturbed.
Its best to have had a light meal so you are not feeling bloated.
Its also best when you are not tired or exhausted.
You can lie on your bed, sit in the garden...anywhere within the setting
that will relax you.
Shut out the noise in your head... as when you are Calling forth your Guide
and all or any Divine Aspect... you do not want to think about the phone or anything, or anyone else... in short unclutter your mind...
Its vitually impossible to say Stop Thinking.. Yet its easy to say... Concentrate...focus...pay attention to what you are doing.
Now... Lets Begin....
Breath...relax....breath...relax....breath....relax
Take deep easeful breaths....always knowing that you
are breathing naturally...do not attempt to hold your breath..
and no forceful breathin...just easeful breathing...
Pay attention to your breath as it goes in and listen to it
as you exhale....
Consciously you are aware that you are breathing...
unconsciously your breathing may be shallow... so find
the breath tempo you are comfortable with... practice this
when you find time in the practice of this you are meditating
without fast rules...
Now as you understand the breathing you will begin to find the flow
within you raising your vibration...
Raising your vibration is consciiously becoming aware of every aspect of
your being in connection to your Self....The Self that you are...Spirit in
Simplified words.
As you have mastered the flow of breath you become one with It.
You are going to experience the light in different hues and colors that you
my not have understood possible to present themselves before you.
There is nothing to be afraid of... as colors are everywhere and in everything.
Faith is in the knowing... knowing that you are safe...guided... and protected always...
Belief... is something you choose and can change and it keeps changing as you keep choosing.
Know that you are Spirit... and what ever you have chosen to belief Spirit to be IS...It is that which you accept and believe it to be....
Simplified... if it be Any one particular Angel...Archangel...God...Goddess...
Or a Name that you choose to address your belief...Simplified...Jesus...Mary...Buddha...Mahavatar Babaji...Mohammed ,Micheal...Ariel...Gabriel...etc... All the names, even one
you create in choice to call like Unicorns...faries...elves...All be Sacred and Sanctified as per your choice and belief.
So release your fear...When you call do not contradict your calling with an influence...eg..." what if I call my guide, and a negative spirit appears"?
This is called influencing the Call... You call God... God will Answer...
Now back to the Calling....
As you master the breathing flow... in short the meditative state of being... that which you are... in truth... the essence... the aspect in all oneness with the Spirit you are calling....be it God or guide...
You will begin to notice that you are calmer... more relaxed... as healing is taking place within you.... balance is being restore....and alignment is opening you to receiving the guidance you seek.
Consciously ask... aloud...or in silence... close your eyes... when your eyes are closed you have better focus on your intent...attention and its easier to be relaxed...
The Call...
For this its easier to have a note pad with you
a good pen...
With your eyes closed...breath relax...be at ease...
Hold your pen to the center of your note pad...
and just allow the flow of the pen...
This is an easy way to experience your guide
write....at the same time you can hear them..him/her
as it will be like taking dictation..
I call Upon The Infinite Divine Light....
Through Your Infinite Divine Sacred Name...
Through Your Infinite Divine Love I am eternally Protected.
I call upon my............(guide,angel....) are you with me..
Breath....easefully...relax...listen...listen...listen...
As you hear the faint reply... as its always different
an experience for everyone... just like the finger prints
be unique and not likeness same be communion with Spirit.
You do not know what to expect... that the wonderful part..
it affirms that you were not influencing the reply... as you would not call
on your guide and answer yourself...
Doubt is what hinders one from communicating with one's guide...or Spirit.
Allow the flow... listen.....
Note:
Its important to be respectful as you would expect others to respect you.
Have not prejudice... as in most cases you will find that the Spirit is that comes through is there to have you reflect through lessons on what you feel
indifferent towards...
Example...
You may find that you have an indifference towards certain people in race...creed...or color....
Spirit is Impartial....know that It has no color,gender,race,creed, limitations,conditionalities... Spirit Is All That Which It Is...
Mind that this is not meant to offend anyone... when you are connecting to sprit you are not shopping in a mall, nor are you selecting a topping for a pizza.......
Salutation:
May the peace and blessings of the Infinite Divine Light... (or what ever
Sacred Name your choice if belief or faith be).
Breath....relax...listen....allow the flow of the pen... or what is being given
to you in reply.
Note....
We are acustomed to think in the mode of worries... simplified believeing
that we do not know...are uncertain...confused etc...
and when we are thinking or a way to resolve a certain situation.... we are racing in our minds conflicting with our hearts.
The thought pattern now will change... yes... the voice in reply be it God or Guide in Spirit will answer... your thoughts will have a Voice....
You may believe that you are imagining your self hearing yourself...answer yourself....
"When sow apples you do not reap pineapples".... that is to say....
when you get an answer.. and a name.... its rare that you would be answering yourself... unless you are calling a particular aspect of the divine in spirit...eg...Archangel Micheal.... and He answers... then know that ....it is Archangel Micheal.....
Fearlessly Ask... what is it you want to know.... what is it you want to learn...what is it you want to understand...
Ask...Ask...Ask....
Its that you have to ask only then will you receive...Ask so that you may receive that which you are asking for....
Gratitude.... we all like to be appreciated... Spirit does not need our gratitude... It knows when we are thankful....
I always thank Spirit in All Aspects in the Form and Formless... knowing that I am granted what I ask for...
Knowing is faith....
