You should be writing about angels, they are waiting to help you put together a book on angelic wisdom - this shall be your first book away from children. You have a natural give with children for you can operate on their level and because of that, you have the capacity to enrapture them with your fantastic tales and limitless imagining.
You have just seen a blue light by your side - that was me showing you proof of my existence. (At this point I asked if he or she had a name.) My name you do not know but I was once called Claude Atkins and I am with you because you are very much how I used to be when I was on the earth plane. (I then asked what he used to do for a living.) I had various jobs but the one I loved best was as a caretaker at a library. Being surrounded by books was my little patch of heaven on earth.
Stay writing, it’s your gift to all and never doubt your style, you have a style that is accessible to all like a lantern that attracts moths - use it well.

You may know me as Storm Petrel, this is a chosen name, not my birth name. I am what you might refer to as a Native American. Perhaps I can throw some light on Shamanism? I know you have opened up your mind recently and wish to attune yourself to its inner workings.
The art of the Shaman is to be able to shut out, if you will, the busy world of no-meaning and to enter into another realm of existence, another dimension where things at first might appear to be overwhelming. However, in truth it is quite the opposite, for what is shown to the Shaman is beautifully simple. This is because there are no longer feelings and emotions blocking the way to the true essence of life, in the Shamanic dimension, the truth of life and love wears no mask, all is pure. The Shaman enters the trance state to seek answers to problems for him (or her) self but mostly for others, for essentially a Shaman is a spiritual healer.

Yes, I HAVE made it simplified for I do not want to appear contradictory by overwhelming you (I sense laughter) as I mentioned earlier. You should not be concerned though, as you will see firsthand the wonders of Shamanism during intense meditations - should you wish to.
No, you do not need ceremonial clothing but I would suggest you always perform it at the same location, time of day and always have an Earth object touching your skin (a crystal, special stone etc) this will link you to Mother Earth and will connect with Sister Sun and Daughter Moon.

Our planet is not like yours. It is mainly composed of gases and my race are also gaseous, to your eyes at least. You would percieve us as green vapour. We like to know what is happening in the universe because anything out of balance can affect us all. You would consider us to be very much like your spirits, for we do not die, we purely exsist. There is much you could not grasp due to your innocent outlook but in time you will see it all in its full majesty. My homeworld is called Terrafor but that name is for your benefit - you would not be able to comprehend its true spelling as our alphabet is completely different to yours. Once our people were solid but evolution often finds little use for bodies of flesh and bone and it is the natural course of things for bodies to become superfluous as the intellect is the key to extended life.
You seek so many answers and you shall get answers in time, we can only give you information in small portions to avoid overloading your brain for our ways are strange to you.

This time we want to tell you about what happens when your spirit is released back to the collective consciousness or, as you know it, heaven. It is always a large shock to go from one form of existence to another and it takes time for returning souls to adjust. The soul goes into a period of building up - you may think of it as a battery being re-charged. In this soul building time they are often out of range of people with advanced mediumistic abilities and often relatives who are desperate to hear from them, get despondent and start to doubt their faith.
This is a life lesson.
In this time of soul adjustment, the soul is doing many things, learning new lessons, learning to discover what they want to do in their next phase of existence but all of this comes only when they are ready and after a period of rest and relaxation. Once they are 100% ready to go again, they will feel lighter than they have ever felt. This is because they have shed the many layers built up by them through their life choices, often losing track of the most simplistic and yet complex emotion - love.
Once we learn the true value of love, and it is not an easy thing to do, we can move on and reach out to others in need. This is what we do, we whisper in your ear and try to help you to make the right choices but ultimately the choices you make are yours, good or bad. Some souls will choose to help others by becoming spirit guides. This will only happen after a lot of learning. Angels and spirit guides only want the best for you. They have no interest in self gain or reward, they simply care about your well being.
I am told after asking, that this has been Archangel Gabriel working through me, my spirit guide. As I write this I am getting strange pools of intense white light around my writing hand - it’s pretty amazing!

You are waiting again for us to work with you? Please, shall we commence with the learning process? There is much you need to be told and to be carefully helped to understand, for what we are about to reveal to you is not what your world would consider normal. I see that you are fascinated by the glow coming from your hand - this is pure angelic power and is a rare display of such a thing.
I want to tell you how the power of love is far stronger than you might ever have thought. If enough people get together with loving intention and think positive, loving thoughts about something or someone, miracles can and will occur for the power of love in a united sense creates enough power to put things right, to re-address imbalance and to heal. Please, I ask you and your fellow circle members to refrain from from any negative thoughts from this moment on, instead please, we ask of you, dwell only on positive things. Remember this, for every bleak situation you may find yourself facing, there will always be and equal positive situation attached to it for, with all things in life, there will always be an equal amount of good to bad to create balance. The next time you feel overwhelmed by something bad, think a moment until you discover the good aspect and then focus on that alone. All living things use balance and if you think positively, you will attract the positive part of the balance and not the negative. The negative side must exist but you do not have to focus on it, only on the good and on love. Once you have fallen into a regular pattern of positive thought, your whole life aspect will change and you will start to attract like for like into your life. The effects of this will be transforming and will allow you to rise up to a higher level in your spiritual development. Do it. Make this the point of no return - negativity becomes history from this moment on.

Greetings from planet Mar. You grow tired friend, you feel as though you are not developing – you are! You must put as much effort into receiving us as we do in attempting to reach you. We constantly try to make our presence known, not just when you are meditating but at all times. Have an open heart and mind at all times for the more you acknowledge us, the stronger the link between us will become. There is nothing wrong with you, nothing a little self discipline will not put right. We desperately want to build a bridge to you from our dimension and the only way to make it a reality is for you to stop thinking of this as a threat and to start thinking of it as it really is – a new way of living. This is the 2012 way of living you have been hearing about, when mankind ascends to a more cerebral lifestyle away from petty emotions and hatred.
The one constant thread that binds our universe together is love and the only way to recieve love is to open your heart and to leave it open. At times you may feel hurt or upset by someone so wrapped upin material matters that they cannot see the simplicity behind the concept of love but that is OK. As long as you can forgive them their ignorance. People blossom at different times. On your planet you have been given everything, and we mean everything, to survive and live in harmony with the Earth.What you must do now is to spread the word of love and watch as the planet you love and live upon is transformed into the paradise it was always meant to be.

Should I be using anything to help me meditate? Crystals, dowsing rods or pendulum?
No. You do not need these if you open yourself up correctly. Make sure you are well grounded to mother earth and bathed in a bright light from father sun.You may wish to have gentle music playing in the background as this helps to eliminate the outside distractive sounds. A guided meditation is good only if it does not make you lose focus in order to follow information.
