The following came through whilst sitting in meditation.

Forgiveness is the most beautiful word for it is forgiveness that makes you free. It is easier to forgive others than it is to forgive ourselves. We forget that we are too are human so we too have faults. We make mistakes - if we did not make mistakes we would not learn. But why do we find it so hard to forgive our own mistakes as we forgive the mistakes of others? If we do not forgive ourselves we cannot be free and if we are not free then we cannot progress and move on. There is nothing so bad that you cannot be forgiven. To not forgive is to judge and to judge is such a human foible. Spirit does not judge you so why do you judge yourselves so harshly? It seems that those of you on the earth plane either fail to forgive yourselves or at the other end of the scale, accept no responsibility for your actions. You will need to find the balance and in doing so accept the past and allow yourselves to move on. Forgiveness is truly divine and those who learn to forgive are also truly divine and that is what you are my children. You are all truly divine and absolute perfection in the eyes of spirit. How can you be anything else for it is I that crated you and it is I that gave you the means to become truly perfect and truly divine. If you trust in spirit then you have no alternative but to accept the truth of this. If you do not forgive yourselves you will allow the baggage of the past to slow you down. Like the man with many heavy bags who tries to walk across the desert he sinks into the sand and it is so with those who are unable to forgive themselves and who continue to punish themselves for things that they imagine they may have done in the past. Guilt is a luxury that you cannot afford in that it allows others to control your destiny. Your future shines like the jewels in the desert and it is only your failure to let go that prevents you taking and receiving the gifts of the earth. The gifts that are waiting in abundance for you to collect them. See not your physical bodies, your physical forms, instead see your spiritual selves in all their glory. Let go, let God and move into the sun. Leave behind the clouds of despair for every time you allow those black clouds of despair to gather you add to the blackness that is your world. Forgiveness and the ability to forgive yourself is such a positive gift that is frees and enlightens all those who embrace its gifts. Many people apologise to control others. Apologise to yourself and take control of your lives. Only by taking control of your lives can you become the person you wish to be. Do not hang onto your guilt or your fear - these will just hold you back. It is often those who are least likely to take responsibility for their actions that need the most self forgiveness. They cannot accept that others will love them if they appear less than perfect. Only those that are less than perfect expect others to be perfect. We give this message to those who wish to progress and trust these words will give you food for thought in the coming weeks. Thank you for listening to us
