Kirtan—Meditation with musical accompaniment
(4th Sunday each month)
The Inspirational Service includes readings, periods of chanting, an affirmation, and silent meditation, concluding with the practice of the Worldwide Prayer Circle Service. Newcomers are encouraged to attend this service.
A meditation service is held prior to the Inspirational Service.
GITA STUDY GROUP
Our Gita Study Group meets on the third Sunday of each month, from 12:30 - 13:30. Please bring a copy of the SRF Gita.
LESSONS STUDY GROUP
Our Lessons Study Group meets on the first Sunday of each month, from 12:30 - 13:30. You need to be a lessons student in order to attend. Please bring your own copy of the lesson being studied.
LONG MEDITATIONS
Extended Meditations are held monthly on alternate Saturdays (5 hour) and Sundays (3 hour).These meditations include readings and periods of devotional chanting. Please refer to the website Calendar for upcoming dates.

The Centre is composed of devoted members and friends of Self-Realization Fellowship (SRF), a worldwide non-profit religious organization with international headquarters in Los Angeles, California. Self-Realization Fellowship was founded in 1920 by Paramahansa Yogananda for the purpose of disseminating Kriya Yoga, a definite scientific technique for attaining direct personal experience of God.
Through its worldwide service and teachings, Self-Realization Fellowship seeks to awaken greater understanding of the harmony underlying all true religions, and a fuller expression in this world of the love that unites all people when they realize their oneness in God.
Our centre provides a meeting place for members to share and practice the teachings of Paramahansaji, provide spiritual support to one another through group meditation, and serve our Guru's work together. |

TUESDAY MEDITATIONS
19:00–21:00, Meditation followed by prayer service Kirtan—Meditation with musical accompaniment
(3rd Tuesday each month)
Our Tuesday meditation service consists of two longer periods of silent meditation of 35 and 45 minutes. Each service begins with a prayer, followed by a short period of devotional chanting, which is repeated between periods of meditation. Entrance and exit to the chapel are permitted during chanting and reading periods. The service concludes with the World Prayer Circle Service.
