Our six-week beginners' course is the perfect place to start your yoga journey. You'll learn the foundations of Iyengar yoga in a safe, supportive environment with some of the UK's most experienced teachers. Over six weekly classes, you'll build confidence, improve your understanding of key postures and alignment, and develop a strong foundation for your practice.

Described as a 'hidden gem', we are a short walk from Maida Vale tube station tucked away at the bottom of a tree-lined driveway.
~Suitable for ages 18+
~Yoga mats provided
